I offer short-term, on-going, & intensive therapy to support you in meeting your goals.

No matter the challenges you're facing, I believe in building a collaborative relationship where we work together to restore harmony to your inner system and create lasting change. My approach is warm, compassionate, and rooted in respect for your unique journey.

Therapy can take different forms - a single session to help you identify and clear blocks, an ongoing relationship that allows us to build trust and go at a pace that feels safe for you, or a deep dive into your system through an intensive therapy experience. How Therapy Helps

Therapy provides a safe container for you to explore your inner world and get to know yourself in a new way. The approach I use is a gentle, non-pathologizing way of witnessing, processing, and releasing old wounds, old patterns, and old beliefs.

Most people come to therapy with a sense of being stuck in the past. They are stuck in an old story that gets played out over and over again, in their relationships, their work, their habits, and their sense of self. That stuckness represents two things - a wounded part who is seeking healing, and a protective part who is defending against the wound.

In therapy, we take time to get to know your protectors, the parts of you that defend against hurt, pain, grief, sorrow, and rage. We work to earn their trust so you can understand why they do what they do.

It’s in those moments that the potential of therapy becomes clear - there’s a relaxation in the system, a sense of space opening up, a feeling of coming home. It’s in those moments that I get to witness my clients realizing what I know deeply, that healing is possible.

One of my favourite moments in therapy is when a neglected part receives compassion for the first time - when my client turns to a part of themselves that they’ve spent years hating or trying to get rid of, and offers instead love & understanding.

When trust is earned and your protective parts feel safe enough, they will reveal the wound beneath. And that opens up space for us to be with the wounded parts of you. I’ll invite you to bring a quality of “with-ness” to these parts, deeply and compassionately witnessing their stories and their wounds so the pain can be processed and released from your system.

As you continue bringing healing to different parts and pains, you’ll notice more and more shifts internally and externally. You start to feel more harmony inside, less chaos, and less confusion. Upsetting events in the present don’t overwhelm you the way they used to because they are no longer touching on old wounds. You have more compassion for yourself and for others. More calm, more confidence. There’s a steadiness in you that you can rely on even when life is rough. You have come back home to yourself.

Somewhere along the way, you got disconnected from yourself. You forgot that you are sacred.

Therapy can help you find your way back home.

On-going Therapy

This approach is the most well known way of working in therapy - weekly sessions over a period of months or even longer.

Meeting on a regular basis allows us to build a trusting relationship at a pace that feels right for you and your parts. In ongoing therapy, we are able to explore the challenges you face, and bring healing to multiple parts. It also gives time for you to integrate changes between sessions

Therapy Intensive

A therapy intensive is a focused approach to healing. Instead of weekly sessions, you’ll have a half-day or multi-day experience, or daily sessions over a shorter period of time. This concentrated period allows us to go deeper without the usual interruptions of daily life. so you can move through what’s holding you back in a shorter time frame.

Single Session Support

A single session can help focus on - and bring relief - to a specific issue or problem. In a single session, we work together to explore the underlying issues and wounds that are driving the problem, whether that’s stuckness, procrastination, or indecision.

I also offer single session work for unburdening of unattached burdens and for psychonauts wanting to clear blocks and fears around their practice.

You don’t have to know now which way of working is right for you. We can explore that together.

Getting Started

Here’s what happens after you reach out:

An initial connection: We’ll book a first session together so we can begin to get to know each other. You get space to share what you’re struggling with and what you want out of therapy. I’ll tell you more about myself and how I work. Together we decide if it’s a good fit. If not, I’ll help you find the support you need elsewhere.

Going deeper: In our second session, we’ll start to explore your system, mapping a few parts and getting to know a bit more about your protective system. If time allows, I’ll invite you into direct connection with a part of yourself and we’ll begin your healing journey together.

Working together: We’ll meet at a rhythm and pace that works for you. I offer a range of options in the length and frequency of sessions, from the standard weekly 60-minute session to an all-day intensive or short-term work. You can move between these options in whatever way feels right for you and your system.
